Ingredients
- 500 ml dry red wine
- 150 g sour cherries
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (grounded)
Recipe
- 1 cook wine, sugar and cinnamon until boils.
- 2 add sour cherries, cook 5 minutes.
- 3 make flour turbid with a little water and add into sauce. stir until sauce become dense (you may cook it if necessary).
- 4 serve with game.
