• 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
• 3 tablespoons dry milk powder
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 egg
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 2 1/2 cups bread flour
• 3/4 cup 7-grain cereal
