glen's cheese sauce
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup cooking
- 3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. stir in flour, paprika, mustard, pepper and salt. pour in milk and ; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
