Cheese Fondue (for Crepe Filling)

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 350 g emmenthaler cheese (or which ever you consider)
  • 300 g ham, in small cubes
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan, add the wine and the cheese until the cheese melts.
  • 2 after the cheese has melted, add the ham (previously cut in small cubes) and mix well.
  • 3 add the cornstarch (dissolved in a little bit of water).
  • 4 fill your crepes.
