Ingredients
- 1 cup gorgonzola
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 ounces wine, dry
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 dashes tabasco sauce
- dried fig, sliced
Recipe
- 1 blend cream cheese and gorgonzola until smooth.
- 2 add the remaining ingredients and blend well.
- 3 use spatula if necessary.
- 4 dip with sliced figs.
