Easy Kielbasa Casserole

Ingredients

- 1 (13 ounce) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 lb smoked kielbasa, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 2 combine sauerkraut, mayonnaise and horseradish and spread in the bottom of an 8x8-inch greased casserole.
- 3 add kielbasa, top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
- 4 place biscuits on top and bake 13-15 minutes more.
