Easy Kielbasa Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (13 ounce) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 lb smoked kielbasa, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 combine sauerkraut, mayonnaise and horseradish and spread in the bottom of an 8x8-inch greased casserole.
  • 3 add kielbasa, top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
  • 4 place biscuits on top and bake 13-15 minutes more.
