Gluten Free Brownie

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt (plain og vanilla)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup rice flour

Recipe

  • 1 mix yogurt and cacao.
  • 2 add vanilla, baking powder and salt.
  • 3 stir inn rice flour.
  • 4 spread the batter into prepared pan (3' x 5').
  • 5 bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.
