Cranberry Scones

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 3 tablespoons cold butter
- 2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond breeze
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened vanilla almond breeze
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 pinch lemon zest
Recipe
- 1 combine dry ingredients.
- 2 crumble in butter.
- 3 make a well and stir in milk and agave.
- 4 stir in cranberries, walnuts, and zest.
- 5 pat out into a 8" circle on lightly floured surface.
- 6 cut into wedges and place on lightly greased baking sheet. brush with remaining tablespoon of milk.
- 7 bake for 16 minutes on 425.
