Gazpacho

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced and seeded (i like to keep the skin on but your choice)
  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can water
  • 1 tablespoon italian dressing (your favorite)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups v 8 juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (to taste)
  • hot sauce, 4 dashes (or more)

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
