- 70 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g unsalted butter (unsalted)
- 100 g baking chocolate
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
Recipe
- 1 butter and flour cake pan.
- 2 melt butter and chocolate, when it's cool mix in the egg yolks.
- 3 mix the sugar and the flour, then mix into the chocolate mixture.
- 4 beat the egg whites.
- 5 fold in the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
- 6 cook for 35-45 minutes at 170-180°c.
