Gateau Au Chocolate I

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 70 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g unsalted butter (unsalted)
  • 100 g baking chocolate
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites

Recipe

  • 1 butter and flour cake pan.
  • 2 melt butter and chocolate, when it's cool mix in the egg yolks.
  • 3 mix the sugar and the flour, then mix into the chocolate mixture.
  • 4 beat the egg whites.
  • 5 fold in the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
  • 6 cook for 35-45 minutes at 170-180°c.
