Ingredients

- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/8 cup wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 tablespoon oregano
Recipe
- 1 combine all but oils and oregano in a blender on low. continuing on low, slowly pour in oils in a steady stream. transfer to glass storage container and mix in oregano. put on lid or plastic wrap. shake before serving.
