Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/8 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano

Recipe

  • 1 combine all but oils and oregano in a blender on low. continuing on low, slowly pour in oils in a steady stream. transfer to glass storage container and mix in oregano. put on lid or plastic wrap. shake before serving.
