Ingredients

- 4 lbs chicken
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 cut chicken into pieces and rub with salt.
- 2 melt butter in heavy fry pan; add onion and chicken and fry until brown.
- 3 cover and cook slowly for one hour.
- 4 add sliced mushrooms to chicken and cook one hour longer.
- 5 mix in sour cream and serve.
