Cream Cabbage

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • nutmeg, to taste (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 cut cabbage into wedges.
  • 2 cook in light-salted water for 20 minutes.
