- 1 head cabbage
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 50 g butter
- 2 teaspoons salt
- pepper, to taste
- nutmeg, to taste (optional)
Recipe
- 1 cut cabbage into wedges.
- 2 cook in light-salted water for 20 minutes.
- 3 drain and cool.
- 4 fine chop or shred cabbage wedges.
- 5 heat saucepan.
- 6 put cabbage and heavycream and butter in the pan, bring to simmer until thickened.
