Flop-proof Crepes

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 with an electrical blender, blend until smooth.
- 3 melt butter in two frying pans.
- 4 pour batter into frying pans, so there is a thin layer of it in each frying pan.
- 5 flip with a spatula.
- 6 when both sides of the crepe are golden brown, remove from pan and repeat process.
- 7 serve immediately.
