Flop-proof Crepes

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 2 with an electrical blender, blend until smooth.
  • 3 melt butter in two frying pans.
  • 4 pour batter into frying pans, so there is a thin layer of it in each frying pan.
  • 5 flip with a spatula.
  • 6 when both sides of the crepe are golden brown, remove from pan and repeat process.
  • 7 serve immediately.
