Greek Mushrooms

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, wiped clean and sliced
- 1 teaspoon all purpose greek seasoning (i use pilleteri's)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter over medium heat in a small saucepan.
- 2 add mushrooms and saute stirring frequently until mushrooms are limp.
- 3 stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- 4 boil, stirring frequently until most liquid is evaporated.
