Ingredients
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (12 ounce) can guinness stout, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Recipe
- 1 in a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients.
- 2 pour into a greased loaf pan.
- 3 bake at 350°f for 45 minutes.
