Gulasch Soup

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 300 g chopped beef
  • 2 big onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons paprika (powder)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 -2 beef bouillon cube
  • 4 potatoes
  • salt
  • 1 garlic

Recipe

  • 1 you start with sauté the onions, in a big pot.
  • 2 chop the potatoes and add them, the water with the cubics of stock and spices with the onions, let it boil under 10 minute.
  • 3 in the meantime, sauté the meat in a pan, stir it so that there wont be any lumps.
  • 4 put the meat in the pot.
  • 5 let it boil for another 10 min, at least, the more the better.
  • 6 taste and serve.
