Gulasch Soup

Ingredients

- 300 g chopped beef
- 2 big onions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons paprika (powder)
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 liter water
- 1 -2 beef bouillon cube
- 4 potatoes
- salt
- 1 garlic
Recipe
- 1 you start with sauté the onions, in a big pot.
- 2 chop the potatoes and add them, the water with the cubics of stock and spices with the onions, let it boil under 10 minute.
- 3 in the meantime, sauté the meat in a pan, stir it so that there wont be any lumps.
- 4 put the meat in the pot.
- 5 let it boil for another 10 min, at least, the more the better.
- 6 taste and serve.
