Ingredients
- 250 red chili peppers (the hotter the better)
- 1 tablespoon salt (for canning)
Recipe
- 1 wash the chili peppers and cut them up,with seeds as well.
- 2 chop them in the food chopper with the salt and pour the sauce in a sterilised jar.
- 3 store in a cool place and refrigerate after opening.
