Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 8 ounces san giorgio medium pasta shells, cooked, drained and rinsed with cold water and drained again
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced pimiento (2 ounce jar)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 19 ounces chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Recipe
- 1 place onion, parsley, pimento, garlic and vinegar in large bowl.
- 2 mix together and let stand for 5 minutes.
- 3 add all remaining ingredients and toss lightly until well blended.
- 4 cover and refrigerate.
