Greek Pasta Salad With Shrimp & Olives

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3/4 lb tomato, chopped
  • 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 lb feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons dry wine
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olive, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 lb pasta, cooked
  • 3/4 lb bay shrimp, cooked

Recipe

  • 1 mix first 10 ingredients in large bowl.
  • 2 add pasta and shrimp and
  • 3 toss to blend.
  • 4 season to taste with salt and pepper.
