Greek Pita Pockets

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled tomato and basil feta cheese (can sub plain feta and add chopped fresh basil)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup seeded chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted kalamata olive
  • 3 tablespoons chopped red onions
  • 1 cup roasted garlic hummus, divided
  • 6 pita pockets, halves

Recipe

  • 1 combine first five ingredients until well mixed. lightly stir in cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and onion. spread approximately 2 tablespoons hummus on inside of each pocket bread; fill with sour cream mixture, dividing evenly.
