- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- salt and pepper (optional)
Recipe
- 1 heat butteror margarine in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2 beat eggs, then pour into pan.
- 3 add feta cheese, and cook, stirring occasionally to scramble.
- 4 season with salt and pepper.
