Basic Recipe For Phyllo Dough

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup flour (250 gr)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (4 eetlepels)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (mespunt)

Recipe

  • 1 sift the flour with the salt.
  • 2 make a well in the middle of the flour.
