Frozen Mud Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 1/2 cups crushed cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 pints dutch chocolate ice cream, softened
• 1/4 cup chocolate syrup, divided

Recipe

• 1 mix cookie crumbs and sugar, add butter, mix well.
• 2 press into bottom and up sides of 9in pie plate.
• 3 carefully spoon half the ice cream into crust.
• 4 drizzle with half the chocolate syrup.
• 5 swirl with a knife.
• 6 carefully top with remaining ice cream.
• 7 drizzle with remaining syrup.
• 8 swirl with a knife.
• 9 cover and freeze until serving.
