Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 2 cups green peas (frozen or fresh)
- water, to cover peas in pot
- 1 shallot, sliced
- 1 garlic clove
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 place peas, garlic clove, water and shallot in pot and boil for 10 minutes.
- 2 strain water out leaving about 1-2 cups (depending on thickness/amount preference) left in the pot.
- 3 place all in food blender/blend with stick blender until smooth.
- 4 season to taste.
