Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup malt vinegar
- 1 cup canola oil
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except oil in a bowl.
- 2 using a whisk or hand blender on slow, add oil in a steady stream until well mixed.
- 3 refrigerate.
