Chicken In Mustard And Wine Sauce

Ingredients

- 2 1/2 lbs chicken
- 1 tablespoon vegeta
- 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced thin
- 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup dry wine
- 1 1/2 cups leeks, sliced thin
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Recipe
- 1 cut chicken into large pieces and season with vegeta.
- 2 heat oil, in a large skillet, over medium high heat, and brown chicken on all sides; remove and set aside.
- 3 reduce heat to low, saute green onions and garlic; add wine, return chicken, cover, and cook about 15 minutes.
- 4 stir in leeks and cook another 10 minutes.
- 5 remove from heat and stir in mustard, cream, and a little water, if necessary.
