Dutch Stuffed Eggs

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter. peel eggs and cut them lengthwise in halves. remove yolks, rub into butter. mix with other ingredients. stuff halved egg whites with mixture.
