Eagle Brand Irish Cream Liqueur

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups irish whiskey or 1 1/2 cups rye whiskey
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk mates chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  • 2 keep refrigerated and shake before pouring.
  • 3 store refrigerated for up to one month.
  • 4 makes about 4 cups.
  • 5 *use only clean, uncracked eggs.
