Easy!!! Yum!! Mrs.west's German Potato Salad

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons dill weed

Recipe

  • 1 boil your potatoes about 40 min until done., drain. peel the skins off and slice or chop the potatoes up (preferred method still while the potatoes are warm)and place in a large mixing bowl. pour the cider vinegar over the potatoes and stir once- let them sit for 1 hour to soak up good.
  • 2 slice up red onion and add them to potatoes as well as the olive oil. add dill and pepper and salt and garlic powder. mix well and serve.
  • 3 serve room temperature.
