Francine's Tenerumi Soup

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 potato (small pieces)
  • grated cheese

Recipe
