Fruit And Almond Muesli

Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- i can't believe it's not butter
- 1 cup of diced dried fruit (i like a mixture)
- plain yogurt
- milk (optional)
- honey
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix the oats and almonds and spread them on a cookie sheet.
- 3 spray with butter spray and toss gently.
- 4 place in oven and bake for 10 minutes. then turn off oven and let the oats and almonds remain in oven for 30 minutes.
- 5 when completely cool, mix in the diced fruit.
- 6 store in an airtight container.
- 7 to serve, place desired amount of muesli in a cereal bowl and mix with yogurt and honey. if a thinner mixture is desired, mix with a little milk.
