Fruit And Nut Roll

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, cut the butter into the flour using a pastry cutter or 2 forks, stir in sugar.
  • 2 create a well in the center, add the egg yolks and stir to form a paste.
