Creamy French Dressing

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vinegar (i use red wine)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons minced yellow onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor or blender, process all ingredients except the olive oil until smooth. with food processor or blender running, add olive oil in thin, steady stream and process for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture thickens.
  • 2 cover and refrigerate (will keep for 1 week).
