Crock Pot Smoked Sausage And Sauerkraut

Total Time: 4 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (32 ounce) jar sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 -1 1/2 lb smoked sausage, cut into 2 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
  • 1/4 cup french onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 (14 ounce) can applesauce (or homemade, if you have it)
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in crock pot.
  • 2 cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  • 3 serve with mashed potatoes and toasted rye bread.
  • 4 enjoy!
