Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix the beef, lamb, eggs and milk well.
- 2 add flour, onion, s&p.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 in heavy skillet melt some shortening to coat pan.
- 5 form the mixture into egg shapes (oval kinda).
- 6 brown until done.
- 7 turn very carefully.
