Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons horseradish, fresh,grated
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons raw sugar
- 3 tablespoons vinegar (use your favorite flavor)
Recipe
- 1 place the horseradish in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients, adjusting for personal taste put mixture into a sterilized jar.
- 2 refrigerate if not using immediately.
