Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
- 4 ounces dark chocolate or 4 ounces milk chocolate
- 4 1/2 tablespoons condensed milk
- 4 ounces cake crumbs
- 2 ounces ground almonds
- 4 ounces confectioners' sugar
- cocoa or confectioners' sugar, for dusting
Recipe
- 1 melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.
- 2 once melted, add the remaining ingredients.
- 3 roll into walnut sized balls with your hands and put into the fridge on a plate to chill and set.
- 4 once set, roll in cocoa powder or confectioners sugar.
- 5 they will keep in the fridge for up to 1 week.
