Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces dark chocolate or 4 ounces milk chocolate
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 4 ounces cake crumbs
  • 2 ounces ground almonds
  • 4 ounces confectioners' sugar
  • cocoa or confectioners' sugar, for dusting

Recipe

  • 1 melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  • 2 once melted, add the remaining ingredients.
  • 3 roll into walnut sized balls with your hands and put into the fridge on a plate to chill and set.
  • 4 once set, roll in cocoa powder or confectioners sugar.
  • 5 they will keep in the fridge for up to 1 week.
