Dill Soup (zupa Koperkowa)

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 15 g unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 500 ml beef stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in pan, add dill and stir gently over low heat for a few minutes.
  • 2 heat stock and add the dill to it.
  • 3 mix in the lemon juice and cream.
  • 4 season and serve.
