Ingredients

- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup dry wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- 2 add shrimp and garlic and cook for about two minutes.
- 3 add salt, pepper and wine and continue cooking until shrimp are thoroughly done.
- 4 add lemon juice, stir and serve.
