Goulash

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 12 ounces elbow macaroni
  • i package italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 15 ounces petite diced tomatoes
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 15 ounces rotel tomatoes
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground meat with salt, pepper, bell pepper and onion and drain.
  • 2 boil pasta to al dente.
  • 3 mix pasta, meat mixture and remaining ingredients in a large pot.
  • 4 cover and simmer on low 30 minutes.
