Chunky Greek Salad

Total Time: 3 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 cups cucumbers, large diced
  • 2 cups tomatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • pitted black olives, about 10
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 2 toss until well blended.
  • 3 chill several hours to blend flavors.
