Fairy Bread

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
• 1/3 cup dried apricot, finely chopped
• 1/3 cup dried cherries
• 4 pieces potato bread
• 1 cup strawberry cream cheese spread
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
• 1/4 cup edible glitter

Recipe

• 1 cut bread into triangles.
• 2 mix together cream cheese, honey and cheese.
• 3 spread over bread.
• 4 decorate with nuts and fruit.
• 5 sprinkle glitter on top.
• 6 **edible glitter is sold in most craft stores. if you can't find it you can use sprinkles.
