Ingredients
- 1 can chopped tomato
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 3 green chilies, to taste
- 1 lemon, juice of
- olive oil
- 1 bunch fresh coriander
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat the oil and grate in the garlic and cumin- fry for a minute or so, being careful not to burn them.
- 2 add the tomatoes and lemon juice and seasoning.
- 3 simmer for 5- 10 minutes.
- 4 put in the blender with the coriander and blitz.
- 5 you can serve it warm or cold.
