Chocolate Centers

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs chocolate (dipping chocolate)
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • ground pecans or ground walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 melt chocolate and set aside until cool but not set.
  • 2 whip the cream to stiff peaks fold into the chocolate.
  • 3 refrigerate for one hour.
  • 4 shape into 1" balls.
  • 5 roll into ground nuts.
  • 6 place on waxed paper to set up.
  • 7 store in an air tight container.
