Ingredients
- 4 lbs chocolate (dipping chocolate)
- 1 pint whipping cream
- ground pecans or ground walnuts
Recipe
- 1 melt chocolate and set aside until cool but not set.
- 2 whip the cream to stiff peaks fold into the chocolate.
- 3 refrigerate for one hour.
- 4 shape into 1" balls.
- 5 roll into ground nuts.
- 6 place on waxed paper to set up.
- 7 store in an air tight container.
