Ingredients
- 500 g fresh anchovies
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 300 ml oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
Recipe
- 1 fresh anchovies put into flour. let the flour cover all fish. heat the oil in large frying pot and put anchovies into hot oil. fry not more than 2 minutes. remove fish with hollow spoon and put onto paper towel to soak fat form fish. serve hot.
