Danish Sweet And Sour Red Cabbage

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 lbs red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup red currant jelly

Recipe

  • 1 shred cabbage. discard tough parts.
