Ingredients
- 42 graham cracker squares, finely crushed,divided
- 26 marshmallows, snipped
- 8 ounces chopped dates
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
Recipe
- 1 mix 2 cups crumbs, marshmallows, dates and walnuts.
- 2 stir in cream, mix well.
- 3 shape into a log and roll in remaining crumbs.
- 4 wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
- 5 serve in slices.
