Ingredients
- 10 small firm tomatoes
- pepper
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon seafood cocktail sauce
- 20 sprigs chervil
Recipe
- 1 cut ends of tomatoes and remove insides. dust with freshly cracked pepper.
- 2 mince chervil. mix with cottage cheese, cocktail sauce. stuff tomatoes with the mixture. keep refrigerated until use. serve garnished with sprigs of chervil.
