Garlic Relish

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 100 g whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 150 ml hot water
  • 1 large onion, sliced fine
  • 50 g butter
  • 25 g fresh yeast
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme

Recipe

  • 1 soak the breadcrumbs in the water.
  • 2 melt the butter and sauté the onion until transparent. add the bread and liquid and stir until no free liquid remains.
  • 3 take off the heat and crumble in the yeast and add the other ingredients.
  • 4 beat well and press into a serving dish. cover and cool before serving.
